We will work with your budget and customize it so that  you can have that one of a kind, the authentic wedding of your dreams! We have broken down our packages to make sure its a perfect fit. By separating the prices you are able to make your wedding unique and special, if that's not for you we also have an all-inclusive package!  We so enjoy what we do, and we hope it shows! This does not include catering meals, alcohol , or over night stays. You are welcome to bring or hire your own catering company or Event wedding coordinator.  Copper Pot B&B is a beer, wine and sprits licensed establishment and all our alcohol is served by a professional bartender. All alcohol will be purchased and served through us only.

Barbeque  Buffet ~ Ave cost is $45.50 per person (see our wedding page for menu) please note you are welcome to hire your own catering vendor. Gratuity of 20% and tax is included in this price



Beer only package ~ This can be added to any event at $20.00 per person for two hours.  A full bar will be available for guest who want to pay out of pocket.  
 
Wine for Toasting ~  $27.00 per bottle of sparkling or white wine.  Example: one bottle allows for six glasses for toasting.   

Beer and Wine ~ You choose if you would like to have an open bar $30.00 per person for four hours or Cash bar (we accept cash or debit) Selection on Beer and Wine please speak to Coordinator. 
 
Clean up Crew ~ We got this its on US!  Why worry about finding someone to clean after the celebrations? We will take care of everything, even breaking down the tables and chairs. We ask that if you use your own decorations that you wrap those up before you leave (does not apply to all inclusive package). If you use any vendors, we ask they also have their workspace cleaned up one hour prior to closing.

Themed Weddings ~ Prices depending on props and material  We can create and set up a unique wedding that most people would never dream of! With two locations to pick for ceremony, you could have a  Medieval Banquet, Gamer Themed, Old World, Movie Themed or even Fantasy!  Just speak with our coordinator and see what ideas we can come up with!!






  
Extra day for  Photographs ~ Complimentary   If you book a wedding with Copper Pot Inn you can schedule any weekday to rehears or take your time for the perfect Photos!  If you are wanting to take advantage of the beautiful grounds and you are not having your wedding with Copper Pot Inn then we ask for you to tag us on your media site and we must have you make an appointment. (there will be no staff available for this day)

Organic Confetti Bar ~ $3.50  Allow your guest to mix-match different fragrant flowers and herbs to show signs of affection! Each bowl will be labeled with sweet endearments. Your guest will gladly shower you at the end of the night when you depart for the evening! 

Custom Children's Table ~$25.00 a child  Sometime children can loose interest in an adult event so having a children's table is the perfect solution! Have them sit down to a old world children's table with goodies, games and drinks! Great for them to entertain themselves, even for an hour! Your family and friends will thank you!
 
Treat Yourself, Farm Stand for Party Favors ~ Average cost $4.75-$6.75  Why give your guest Party favors everyone will love! Have your quest take  paper bag with seasonal veggies they can share with the whole family! 

Table of Pies ~ $4.89 Imagine a table full of cream, custard and fruit pies! These pies will be handmade from our preferred vendor, Caselia's Treats!
 
Rustic Photo Booth ~ $4.50 Let your friends and family show their love by expressing themselves in a fun and unique way! This Photo Booth has an old world feel and will complement any wedding!

Make a Donation in Memory Card/Envelope ~ $2.50 A donation card/Envelope will be placed at every seat in honor of a loved one that has passed or a special organization that you care for deeply. There will be a customized box for donations to be dropped off. If you are wanting to pay tribute another way we could put together a memorial table for someone who could not be at your special day but would have loved to.
 
 
 
 
 






Importing Your Favorite Foods/Items to your Honeymoon Suite ~ Customized 
Want to surprise your partner, daughter, son or friend with a customized basket of extraordinary things from their honeymoon destination! Maybe Ireland?  Greece? or maybe even Cancun?! What a unique way to show them how much they mean to you. 


Bachelor or Bachelorette Pub Tour ~ Pack up and go on this adventure with your friends! Your first stop will be at the Historic Copper Pot Inn were you will be given a mug of  Maple Mead and Irish  soda bread! Your friendly driver will drive you to Mama McDonough's Irish Pub where you will have a pint of beer, and your choice of O'Rueben or Shepherd Pie. Your last destination is Country Spirit Tavern relax in this old world setting pick one out of  7 different desserts to choose from!  The night is not over, you will be taken back to Copper Pot Inn were you will have a private campsite nestled by the woods or when available our rooms at the Historic Inn. Baking Classes~ $45.00 per person this includes: Soup, Homemade Bread, Tea and Coffee!  First Friday of the month 4-8pm

Pub Tour and Campout/B&B~ $199.00 per person this includes: Appetizer, Entrée, Dessert and Three brewed Beers. This package also includes a personal chauffeur/tour guide, A campsite ready for a fun filled night of camping!

Sherlock Holmes Mystery Dinner~ $100.00 per person 5:00pm to 9:00pm this includes: An assortment of Hors d'oeuvres, your choice of Shepherds  Pie, Bangers and Mash, or Vegan Pie. All dinners are pervaded by Old World Catering, we will be served with Salad, Yorkshire pudding rolls, Tea and coffee. The mystery will begin at 7:00pm Sharp!  Use the hour before to visit our Bar and enjoy the Hors d'oeuvres! The sooner you call to reserve your seats the sooner you will receive your charters name and persona. You can choose to use it, make up your own or not to use one all together its up to you. Dressing the part is a huge part of this, so its highly encouraged, and remember its the year 1927!!!

 
Valentines Romantic Weekend~ $175.00 per person this includes accommodations  for two nights one bottle of chilled champagne and a box of chocolates in the room. A four course meal served in your room or in the Historic dinning room. There will be a homemade breakfast served every morning of your stay. For an additional fee we can put together an adventure package that includes a private Masseur, a romantic snowmobile ride with a guide and a special gift box for your significate other (food from your honeymoon or a special place you two have shared) for the year 2021

Guitar Music Lessons~ $20.00 per hour per person In this session our very own personal instructor will teach you all there is to know about playing the Guitar! Please contact us for time and date.
